Raimat Boira Garnacha
Appearance: Cherry red colour with purple highlights that denote youth. Aroma: Fruity and aniseed-flavours initially, with notes of blackberries, cranberries and violets, with a menthol base. Mouth Feel: Pleasant and full in mouth with very smooth tannins throughout. The sensations of black fruits and violets reappear intensely with a liquorice and slightly aniseed finish. Food Pairing: Ideal for raw meats such as steak tartare and cured meat charcuterie products, ham, cecina, longaniza and fuet. Also for cured cheeses.
