Jock Jams is an 8% NE style DIPA brewed with Cara Cara Oranges (the original recipe used clementines) and Double Dry Hopped with Citra and Amarillo. A little different from our other Jams, this beer features NO Mosaic hops. Additionally, there is NO lactose in this one and the fruit used in this beer was added to the boil instead of our usual conditioning method, leading to a much dryer, less fruit-forward, flavor. Pouring a hazy tangerine, we're getting prominent notes of fresh naval oranges, lemon zest, and tangy passion fruit with hints of stone fruit.
