|Brand||Casillero del Diablo|
Pale yellow colour with green hues, very bright and clean. Fresh, due to citric hints. Presence of pears, lime and some tropical touches with a greenish finish thanks to the presence of green apples. An elegant wine due to the intensity and balanced acidity. The citric characteristics from the coastal areas of the Central Valley stand out. It is fresh from the beginning to the end, where the balance of fruit and acidity refresh the palate. Food Pairing: Scallops carpaccio or fresh seafood such as oysters, clams, crab and shrimps.
A fresh and juicy white, with a direct beam of herb, citrus and ripe apple flavors. Blood orange and tropical fruit notes show on the finish. Drink now.
Although this presents itself on the bouquet as being a bit soft and mealy, the palate is solid albeit chunky and blocky. Standard citrus and lemon flavors hold onto some tang on the finish. Overall, this is clean and friendly but a bit dull.
