90+ Cellars Lot 160 Bourgogne Rouge
|Region||France, Burgundy, Bourgogne|
Our first ever wine from Burgundy is a beautifully pure Bourgogne Rouge from a top producer in the Cote d'Or. The producer, based in Nuits Saint Georges, is a highly-regarded producer that is typically imported to the US by one of America's great French importers. This wine is fragrant with red berry and floral aromas followed by a delicate but long finish. The palate is laced with fresh red cherries and plums and notes of violets.
90+ Cellars Lot 50 ProseccoWe've got bubbles! Yes … feisty, frothy bubbles for celebratory sipping or leisurely refreshment. So, pop the cork and enjoy life. Aromas of fresh peaches leap from the glass along with hints of ginger and lilac. Once sipped, a shower of foamy bubbles dances soulfully on the tip of your tongue and then bursts into a medley of crisp citrus fruit.
90+ Cellars Lot 23 Old Vine MalbecDESCRIPTION This wine was made from meticulously tended Malbec grapes grown on high-elevation, old vines in the Lujan de Cuyo region of Mendoza, in the foothills of the Andes. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is fermented in stainless steel before being aged for 6 months in a blend of new used French oak. TASTING NOTES Deep ruby-purple in color, this wine boasts exquisite aromas of blackberries, blueberries, plum and spice. It is well balanced with ample structure and mild tannins. Dark cherry and hints of wood smoke emerge on the finish to leave an elegant and lasting impression.
90+ Cellars Lot 33 Rosé Glass BottleDESCRIPTION Lot 33 Rosé is a blend of Grenache and Cinsault, harvested from vineyards along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Cévennes mountains in France's Languedoc region. Like Provence, Languedoc has an established tradition of producing high quality, dry rosé wines. This wine receives its light, rosy color from brief contact between the juice and skins, prior to a long, cool fermentation. The 2019 vintage in Languedoc was warm and dry, but with cool evenings that helped to create ripe fruit and higher alcohol, but enough acid to balance the wine. TASTING NOTES While this vintage of rosé has more body than previous years, it has freshness, acid and texture to balance it out. On the nose, you'll get aromas of ripe strawberries and cherries, accompanied by notes of fresh, wild herbs, white pepper and melon. Dry and bright on the palate, the wine has juicy fruit and an easy-going demeanor. The perfect summer sipper!

90+ Cellars Lot 148 Cabernet SauvignonDESCRIPTION We had to pinch ourselves when we got this incredible wine. The last Alexander Valley Cabernet we had was Lot 74, about five years ago. This Alexander Valley Cab is even better! And it comes to us from one of the best winemakers in the region. Low yielding vines of Cabernet Sauvignon grow in gravel and clay soils on land sloping gradually from the hills to the Russian River as it meanders its way southward. Between vine rows, cover crops of mustard and legumes maintain soil health, serving as a natural check in vine vigor. Harvesting happens in late September to early October. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel and mature for 10-12 months in cask TASTING NOTES Steely dark berry in color with luscious aromas of blackcurrant and cherries on top of indulgent scents of mocha, vanilla and cedar. Take a sip and prepare for your mouth to be swaddled in a full-bodied embrace. This is a Cabernet that dishes out lip-smacking affection with every sip.
